Covid-19 Policy update

Every care is taken with the hygienic preparation of your purchases, paperwork, wrapping and parcel to ensure they are safe for you.

Should you be affected by coronavirus, and wish to return an item, we will work with you to ensure this can be done safely, by extending the period of returns and any refund.

Returns may take a few days longer than normal to process as returns will be held for 3 days before processing.

Please contact us if you have any queries regarding your purchase in connection with this policy.

Delivery

After you make an order with us, we prepare your order. Once payment has been received we arrange delivery of your purchases on the same day or the next working day.

We will keep you informed about when your parcel has been sent.

Tracked delivery is free in the UK for orders over £50. Tracked delivery is £5 in the UK for orders below £50. For international orders, or faster delivery, please enquire.

Returns

We hope you will be happy with your purchases from us, and make every effort to provide a perfect service. However, if you are not satisfied with a purchase, please first contact us by email quoting your order number. We ask you to return the item within 14 days of receiving it, in its original, resalable condition, with tags and labels attached and in its original packaging. We will arrange an exchange or full refund.

Postage charges are not refundable unless the goods arrived in a faulty condition, or were incorrect.

Please be aware that if items are returned for refund and the purchase kept falls below £50, the cost of postage will be deducted from the refund.

While we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable, this does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

Please take care to obtain a “proof of postage” note (these are free of charge from the Post Office). When returning an item the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Any claims for damaged or missing goods must be made within 7 days.
